Cheese omlet with a little hot sauce. Sausage or steak for dinner. I worked my butt off yesterday moving two mattresses to different rooms my myself. I'm not as soar today as I thought I would be. Carrying Tigger on my walks has built my upper body!

Almost, I'm so close! I'm trying to walk a little more, and I've been carrying my 15lb doggie kettle bell while walking 🤣. I focus on posture and strengthening my core. Carrying Tigger has for sure made me stronger. he's old and only walks so far on some days. My goal was to fit in my clothes and wear my rings again. I tried on my rings, and they can almost go over my knuckles. I can get them on but don't like tight things. So, a few more pounds by my bday. I've got 3 weeks till I'm done! Then, maintenance. let's do this!!!!

ahhh , I had a bad dream that I was waitressing at a high end restaurant, and It was my first day. THE STRESS WAS SO BAD, I woke up with my heart pounding. i think I'm under a ton of stress 😩 I'm trying to keep it together. I wasn't able to fix my mower. now it's back firing and the new belt smoked and shredded and now the battery is dead! oh my gosh . ahhhhhhhhhhhh. I'm so over fixing things. hoo humm. pick myself up, and I'll try again today. I think today is a roast beef BBQ day. I've got enough for a week! have a great day!
