I was wrong, back into flare-up mode! Rheumy has me trialling different meds over 3 months....current one not working! Will do my best not to put on all that I lost a few years ago 😂

I've just come out of a massive weeks-long Fibromyalgia flare-up. I got up to 60kg last week. I ate comfort food and lots of sugar just to get through! I'm out the other side now so back to healthy eating 😄🥳

Finally over a long Fibro flare-up. Turned to sugar for comfort so I didn't get hooked on Codeine! I sat at 58 for a while now back here, ready to get back down to where my clothes fit more comfortably 😂
