I'd be more concerned with the overeating of meats , and what's that grease it's been fried In I'm sure it's not avocado oil or organic coconut oil yet you worry about the carbs from the healthiest shit you have on your plate

you have to have vast amounts of vegetables for your body to properly assimilate protein rich foods

I looked it up. Cabbage is only 5 carbs per cup. You have what 5 cups? Enjoy life! :)

1 cup is only 3 net carbs. I am on LCHF and cabbage is a staple for me!

I use a gram scale and for the original 150 gram wedge I cut would have been 8 carbs!! So I cooked 99g :) In Coconut Oil and broiled my chicken leg. It was all so good! Next time I’m going to get some bacon and cook it in that

Some of those carbs are fiber. When it comes to produce, fiber is needed and doesn't have to be included in carb totals.

I love cabbage cooked in bacon grease, then chop up a few strips of the bacon and add it in with the cabbage to serve. It is sooo good! I also will pan fry smoked sausage and serve it with cabbage.
