First, congratulations! 36 hours is a VERY long time. For me, 'true hunger' only occurs when my blood sugar falls after eating. However, 'mental hunger' (the desire to eat) is a 'real thing'). Anyway, it took me nearly a dozen tries to get past the 36 hour 'mental hunger'. - - On a side note, the thought of you wielding the 'fasting tool of the gods' is kinda scary (because you can get 'Virgo intense'!). Please be safe :) :)

well deserved breakfast! 24 is the longest I went, and I know what you mean, its like when you eat, it seems strange because you might not be hungry!

Thanks guys! It feels good to have accomplished it! Lmao Abef you are right! Especially since I lost almost 2#s in basically 1 day and still felt “normal” I have been cycling through 16:8, 20:4, and OMAD probably 6 days a week for a while now. The last 2 nights I seriously over ate out of anxiety. So I just wanted to challenge myself to get control of my eating (and of myself).

I fast on Sunday. Don't eat anything but bread and water until 2pm. Then a light dinner. Salads with a fruit. Lots and lots of water. Like 150ozs. I am 200 lbs.
