I fast all day so I miss breakfast!!! Got to get it in some time! Today I had a serving of nuts at work (2pm). I felt like I needed them. I was stressing big time and needed a pick me up

Hello, anyone else on 1300 cal a day diet. Its Doctor prescribed. Apparently, 100 grams of protein is not enough....10 pound loss in a month. He thinks I am not eating. My carbs are low though....It used to be so easy to lose weight....
