Yes! I ate all of it too 😋 I didn’t fry the plantains though, just browned them a bit after simmering them 🤤🤤🤤 totally worth the 200 calories

Lexy you have to go on a computer to change the photo but you can log or post pictures from your diary.

If you hit the house, that will take you to your “main” page. You’ll see a lill pen and that’s how you log a journal entry.

Your on 3000 Cal's yeah Chris's? 5 weeks and I can start cutting again😁 much prefer 2200 Cal's over 3000 a day. Who has the time to eat lol

I spread it out over 4 meals and a snack. Takes bloody ages hahaha 4 huge bowls. I'm over eating hahahaha.

That looks like a great balanced meal. Portion size looks good to me using the fork for scale.

My portions were good. 👍 I could eat my weight in plantains 😋 The beans look like a lot but it’s actually only 1/2 cup.

I was thinking the same about my beans, it seems like a lot of beans, but then, I saw your plate, I weigh my beans dry , after cooked I put them in a little containers. I am the only one who eats red beans here 😁

Kidney beans are amazing 😁. Yeah 3k is easier if it soaks through cardboard lol
