I went WAY over my usual calorie intake today but I was also at Disney land from opening to closing walking and standing around without pause... (so like 10-12? hours not doing the math on it) so I guess it should be okay? My feet feel like my heels have shattered into a billion pieces (i need some new shoes, but i also have problems with my back hips and legs anyway that causes this) and thats the extreme pain that proves that I’ve been on my feel all day lol
