Today I stepped it up at the gym...raised the resistance on the elliptical and stayed on it a little bit longer in order to burn 500 calories...then I saw spin class starting and missed it so much that I popped in and did 20 minutes with them.

I have tons of energy once you get my butt moving!!! Good luck getting it moving all the time though haha
