back on the salads for me !I'm crying 😥🤣🎀💞

You are doing great and healthy , you can do it , if u don’t like salad, mix it with the things u like . And with spices . I found mushroom makes everything super yummy and it doesn’t have much calories, u can easily add it to ur salad 🙂 apple cider vinegar or fresh lime make big difference 🙂

Keep going Trish, you've got this! 👍 If you want you could try adjusting a few less carbs (not that there is many in this salad) and increase the fats a little. Reducing carbs will minimise your food cravings and increasing fats are not only delicious but helps you feel full for longer (and snack much less). It might not work for everyone, but it works for me so give it a go if you like. Either way, you're on the right track 👏 👏 👏
