Well I have decided to come back before my weight returns to where it was the last time I was here. Only 500 grams, not a lot, but I am wanting to get on with the job.
93.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
