BF%: 20.4

Most the way into a week of alternate day fasting (ADF) with a 12 hour (6AM-6PM) feeding window on Tue, Thu, Sat and Sun, and the rest of the week's hours strictly water fasting.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

r u taking any electrolytes, supplements or fiber? do u get tired often or constipated when fasting

@northland78 no electrolytes (just tap water) during the ADF fasting periods since they're so short (36 hours max). Tue,Thu, Sat and Sun are my main workout days and I load up on a bottle of the Vitasport powder (a cheap and decent enough isotonic mix) before heading out to train those mornings. I have done prolonged fasts (48+ hours) in the past and would definitely ensure electrolytes are kept on top of daily when the fasting for more than 2 days. I am however otherwise healthy (no heart or blood problems) so besides the expected lightheadedness associated with standing up too fast due to low blood sugar while fasting, I manage quite well.

I've started back on LCHF after doing carnivore since Oct last year. gained so much weight. want to get back into fasting, but don't want to force it. did it come naturally for you?
