I had a similar dinner like that the other day. Hubby smoked the ribs and I made a salad, added alittle purple cabbage, and poppyseed dressing. It looks delish!

I don’t really eat ribs, but that salad sounds amazing! Poppyseed dressing is so good! Poppyseeds are the best in anything.

Waffle, this is a bagged salad from Costco....EatSmart brand. It has a mix of kale, Brussels sprouts, & other greens with cranberry & pumpkinseed toppings. It's a favorite! I love ribs but don't eat them often. Home cooked, they are very labor intensive. I needed a pick me up yesterday as I was feeling quite blue & decided these would help.

This is my favorite kale salad mix, too. Although I find myself having to toss random packages of dressing every few months. I just don't use that much.
