New F45 challenge, new body scans. Relieved to see that the muscle mass I’d lost last time, came back with friends, and my weight stayed put. Goal for the year is now keeping a 7 at the front of my weigh ins, & pushing my body fat % below 20.

Well done with the muscle gain! 💪🏼
I’d be happy with that amount of muscle weight - I still need to put on a couple of kilos of muscle to even be in the healthy range for my goal weight of 75kg. It’s such a slow process 😞
I’ve gained and lost muscle as I’ve reduced body weight - net result is a gain of about 4 kg over the past 5 months, so can’t complain. The recent change in my strength training program has resulted in a slightly faster rate of gain, I think. It’s hard to tell until I get further along with it.
