It would seem that the weight is getting harder to shift. Don't know why. My guesses include: - I'm getting lazier and am subconsciously happy with where I am at - currently just plateauing, so just need to be patient and keep going - the fat from around my kidneys and middle is actually harder to move, and a change to what I've done over the last three months is now needed. - the weight isn't any easier or harder to loose at any point in this journey, and you just need to weigh yourself less and track the overall progress. - chill and have a hot cross bun Reflecting on these options, I feel the need to just relax, and make sure the changes I have made are sustainable in the long run.
