They usually do before and afters in reverse! Advertising is all lies, smoke & mirrors. If any fast & easy get skinny & fit diets/tricks worked, Oprah would be skinny and she'd tell us! 😂

You could use a trainer. They hall you with nutrition and you push harder when you are paying g for it

Abdominal definition has to do with fat percent. It has to be quite low. No matter how hard you train if there is a layer of fat between them and the skin then there is no chance to see definition.

You look very fit with nice muscle definition. I agree if you want to get more definition you have to bevin a lower body fat % rather than number on the scale.
