High-protein snack - Atkins Chocolate PB Bar with Whole Pecans. I like to eat each little piece with a pecan on it. Quite tasty! (Also gives me over half of my Fiber for the day!)

Debbie, do you worry about consuming so many calories for a snack? With the bar and 12 pecans that's 446 calories. How do you manage? If I ate a snack like that there’s no way I could loose weight! What’s your secret?
