Its a pity that the homemade stewed apple sauce represents quite high carbs. No sugar added but they are naturally sweet. Trying to stay under 50 carbs a day, not quite keto I know, but my doctor is pleased with my diabetes test having having reduced from the mid 50's to 42 (almost pre-diabetic)
