Question for (really) ANYONE.. We had a 🏠 fire and lost almost everything. Right now I don't have any REAL cooking utensils. I was thinking about doing maybe the Atkins meal replacement bars twice a day then eating one sensible meal. (Trying to keep my cals between 1000-1200/day. Does this sound like a good plan or not? Any suggestions?
