My gut would be all screwed up after all that fructose. That amount of fruit would cause me a lot of pain, bloating and constipation. :-( Already ate too much fructose once last week and learned my lesson.

Not me, I have a bowl of fruit almost every morning. Yours looks delicious Sherry.

I've only ever used regular cream cheese on the everything bagels. PB on the plain ones. Switched to English muffin to save myself some calories, but I love bagels.

DP, I used to always eat cream cheese on my Bagels. I switched to peanut butter for the health aspect...still yummy. I eat half of a Bagel. I also eat English Muffins sometimes.
