It wasn't easy, but we got back to the Gym today. 10 days off for me. I'm glad I made the effort.

I swear the hardest part of going to the gym is putting on the workout clothes and getting there. Probably only 10% of the time I actually want to go. Lol, I just tell myself as long as I make an effort it’s a win.

Cheryl, I usually go to the Gym religiously Mon., Wed., Friday. I had to miss due to having Covid. I agree, any workout is a plus!

The real decision isn't working out. The decision is getting into your car with the gym bag 😉 I don't belong to a gym now, but when I did, I learned that was when the decision happened. I mean...once I did that, what else was I going to do? Walk back in the house? Drive to the gym and not work out? 🤔🤣

Writing, if I go upstairs after breakfast, start packing my Gym bag & put on my workout clothes, I'm working out. I have not backed out yet in 14 months 😊
