Love your quotes, very inspiring. We have a large portion of our population that is over weight because of a sedimentary lifestyle and high carbohydrate intake. Controlling carbs can't be all bad.

That's a tough one, but bears more truth than most want to hear. I haven't "cheated" on my diet since I started, I put cheated in quotes because really it's a betrayal of myself and not some fancy indulgence. Thanks for posting!
