Broccoli and four bean "salad" with tbsp each of sour cream and hummus, grabbed quickly on way out door this morning.

@eastenders yeah it was one serving of canned Four Bean Mix (80g) mixed with roughly 80g of broccoli (2 min in microwave from frozen) and a serving of sour cream and hummus. A very slapped together in a few minutes lunch, usually add tuna or shredded chicken and soft boiled eggs but was in a rush.
