Expected after a couple of naughty nights this week. Last week was frustrating for running due to wet weather but this week has been good so the scale should reflect that next week. 🤞
81.5 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
