Yea... hit 309.5 today. Probably a little early to celebrate the 3-oh zone... I expect to go back up and down between 309 and 311 for a few days until I settle in... Still, I'm finding myself at least three weeks ahead of my goal. I'm in territory I haven't seen for two years, and I have not introduced consistent exercise yet.
