more hungry at dinner & after maybe due to low cal intake for day, maybe eat bulk of meals before 3 keep to fist portions bulking up on greens. learning process balancing & eating at regular times.didn't deny crave for a corned silverside sandwich, had multi grain bread no marg.
131 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 50 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes you will get the hang of it. It's normal to feel hungry when you first start out on a caloric deficit. That will pass but like you said its a learning process finding out what works best for you. You can do it, good luck.
