.2 down from yesterday. I guess all the water weight from vacay is gone. Or it’s PMS beginning lol Could be why I ate my bacon dipped in peanut butter last night as dinner 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks! I’m only 2 pounds from before vacay. I thought it was going to take me a couple of weeks so I’m doing better than I thought! I want to start hitting the gym. Need to make a plan for weight lifting. I’ve got research to do :D

good going, you will be below normal in no time. hit those weights, it really see's the fat fly off once you get going seriously. It took me a while to build my muscles up but now I worry about all this loose skin. losing fat quickly.

Drank my coffee and went to the loo and dropped to 167.2 so that’s .4 down :D You are too funny Adef!!! If I got into good enough shape I’d make one hell of a drill Sargent of a personal trainer!! 🤣 Baskington, I actually stopped most of my cardio because of the loose skin. I thought I was losing too quick (unfortunately it’s skipping my belly almost entirely). I think focusing on weight training will help.

One thing I will say for 'weight training' after only one week in. Fast results :)

I have a question? mine keeps saying that I have burned 2901 calories on Rest/sleep but I haven't put anything in and it's only 10:45 in the morning so there's no way I could have burned that much already. Is that my overall calories burned in the whole day? That number seems a little high.

I can understand the concern, to build collagen the body needs protein and irritation. Increasing bloodflow through out the body increases the flow to the skin and the tissues. I am not actively looking to lose weight. Hoping to fill some of that skin with muscle. at my age I can use all the help I can get. LOL!
