Been strength training since august fullbody squats, floor press, deadlift..notice remarkable change to my core keep this up all year..see my results st end of year..
78.1 kg Lost so far: 30.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
