Late weigh-in, have been eating like it's bulk season this week (200% cals on a couple days 😱) so need to get a handle on that. Finished the week in decent form though which hopefully rolls into the coming week, so there's that.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
