Have been eating alot of low fat ice cream. I know it's high in sugar but it doesn't seem to be taking its toll. Maybe it is ok? Need to walk more, at least 25 mins/day.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
