Thanks! I keep it very basic mind but glad I still enjoy essentially the same meals on repeat. How your day is going well also.

Lol. I seem to go few steps forward, many more backwards. Just can't seem to get a handle of balanced eating. Hoping now, my new weight, bmi and corresponding blood tests doesn't mean its all taken out of my hands. At moment, have to stop fire spinning/dancing and most form of exercise. I just want to get back to work. Its coming up to summer and I need to get to the beach with my fire poi set. Just keep picking myself back up, move forward and try again. Thing is, like most struggling with any food issues, I do well for a while then crash. Need to find the balance.

Well I hope things improve and you find the key to better habits LMW, whether it's family or your other passions. I'm qualified in no way but would've thought any physical activity would improve hunger and have relatively minimal impact on your TDEE. All the best!

And yes LMW, I always feel I have a good handle on things too until the binge inevitably happens like clockwork. I'm also still working on recognising and dealing with it proactively too. Awareness is a good place to start though so I'm now mindful with purpose.
