Breaking fast a few hours early, managed 69 hours but thought I'd prep my appetite for the family gathering lunch today to curb any surprises.
77.5 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
