Not really sure what's happened here. Let myself go after a good 3 weeks of abstinence. Suspect my metabolism isn't what it used to be???
Will move to routine of 3 meals a day / no snacking / no desserts / try not to have processed carbs after breakfast.
Need to get back to 158.5 by end of November.
