I need a hunger buster leash...Started ab & core exercises, which seems to make me hungry after training. I'm not eating huge meals, but picking little snaX all day & into the nite....so weights hovering, at same mark🍏...atm.
109.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Every time we eat we release insulin. Insulin is our fat storage hormone so if we eat /snack on even little amounts of food through the day we are spiking that fat storing hormone, insulin. I'm a proponent of no snacking plus 2 or 3 meals per day..I do intermittent fasting too so usually only 2 HFLC meals.

Totally makes sense markyb1812, I lost a lot of weight last year when I did 16:8 IF for about 4-6 months. It doesn't suit everyone's lifestyle but if you can make it work it's pretty effective and helps cap your daily kcal intake too. A softer option is only eating between sunrise and sunset which cuts out a lot of the junk we'd normally eat at night.
