Again, operating on about 85% "good" does the trick, it's amazing that you can still enjoy the occasional cookie or piece of chocolate (mostly dark) and stay the same.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Wish I could stop at an occasional cookie or piece of chocolate - I have to eat the whole packet of block. Do you think dark chocolate is better than milk and if so why?

dark has less milk in it and therefore less fat; dark has been proven to have many more health benefits from the cocoa
