I knew Christmas and New Years celebrations were a write off. I decided not to count calories or record my food so I could enjoy myself and not feel guilty. The weight gain is the evidence of my overeating. 1st day back on the diet today!
112.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
