…and the bounce as expected. Went for a 12k bike ride yesterday afternoon for the first time in many years and it was 👌. Definitely getting myself a bike in the short term.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
