Boing boing! Not usually one to weigh-in daily but picking IF back up this week it's nice to track progress of that especially following the 5-day PWF last week.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 28.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
