I always take an electrolyte supplement. Electrolyte imbalance will kill me before dehydration (and yes that will kill me before starving...). Good luck!

I ended up not fasting...Rosio pointed out that I've been binging after I fast so I decided to just pick up eating healthy again. I think it was the right decision because I did well yesterday diet wise and looking good again for today...better than ive been in a long time :)

@Sharons Victory - Sounds great! Fasting only helps me not binge eat on the day of fasting. Afterwards I will still binge. This is why I do 5 days of fasting against 2 days of eating. This usually allows me to have a 'net loss'. The 3 day holiday messed me up...

Fantastic start on this new approach. Agree with your avoidance of fasting. I liked the fast drop, but didn't like the fast gain after. Too much instability, and the emotions that comes with it, is a challenge. Like it better when there is a little bit of encouragement found on the scale each morning.
