Yahoo! Hit an unexpected 269.0 this morning (when I was hoping for 270.0). That makes 56 lbs. since I began FatSecret on June 26, 2012, and 71 lbs. overall for 2012. Thanks to Dr. Carson Chow for his program to tell me what daily calorie average to shoot for and thanks to FatSecret for the amazing site to help me keep track of those calories.
