Not unexpected.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

I'm in the same boat -- anytime there's an uptick, its "not surprised, but not happy about it" for me. Isn't it funny, how once you get into this change in lifestyle to try and be healthier you just *know* when you've stumbled, even without scale confirmation? Chin up! There's plenty of us out here rooting for you, cause we're all fighting the same battle.

Same here. I lost 3 lbs, gained back 3 lbs. Didn't even log it cuz it was after a cheat day. Back down 2lbs now so I'm not going to feel to bad about it..

Might be time to get out your bright tank tops like your Suck it up Buttercup (my favorite) and get reinspired which isn’t easy especially after the mouse 🐭 problem you’re having Hope you are rid of them by now 👋 Been there and I know that it’s really depressing to deal with 🥺 So all I really want to do is say I will pray for you to continue with your goal of happiness with healthier choices 🙏🏻😊👍
