Losing 3.4 kg a Week

Don't expect much weight loss for the coming week as I have my daughter and can't make it to the gym after work or before and a change of job means a shorter lunch so no lunch time walks as done previously. Hope to make up for it next week, gym before and after work

Having a few days of eating larger amounts of calories coupled with the lack of exercise I'm hoping that doesn't turn into a gain this Sunday 7th April 2013
