Plenty of exercise this week was hoping for more weight loss but a loss is a loss. This week won't be able to exercise nearly as much as I have my daughter so getting to the gym won't be possible might try to find some alternatives so I can still get some exercise. Will also have to decrease my calorie intake to make up for the lack of exercise
105.8 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
