back to weight from 2018! thanks lockdown! have being really struggling to get over the eating and not having a routine. need more encouragement.
have decided to stop drinking for two months (not a big drinker anyway), eat more clean food and smaller amounts, no dinner and fasting from 3pm which worked before. plus more water and being more active. goal is 61kg! who's with me! 😆
67 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm totally with you all. target is 70kg currently sitting on 79.5kg. Need motivation to relax with the carbs

I’m with you! I’m up 10kg for same time last year and I can’t blame it all on lockdown. I’m eating clean and currently trying the 16:8 fasting and have been for 5 weeks. Gets harder as I get older....

16:8 fasting worked wonders for me. I have started at 87 Kg 6 weeks ago, down to 78 now, with 75 as target. Huge contribution was is exercise. 3 times a week is the magic number!

I’ve defo let the exercise slide as we head into colder weather. Need to get that sorted ASAP. 69.1kg. Good reminder to get it back in there vmalez.

im with you all too... wanting to loose around 15kgs ... started at the gym a 3 weeks ago... have lost 3.5kgs .... stopped my alcohol intake and drinking heaps more water... we can do this people :)

well.... fallen off the wagon. need help. going to try KETO. anyone have any advice.

Hey PJ, what do you mean fallen off? Keto is low to no carb, as far as I understand. Just try keep your calories low, maybe skip breakfast. Exercise is very important, increase the amount of calories burnt and give you more flexibility with what you eat. Even just walking an hour every second day can help if gym is not an option! Good luck

today is another day one of loosing some kilos. looking at trying the keto that everyone is talking about. best i do some research first.
