No change in weight, not a lot of exercise last week only 45mins a day, also calorie intake not great, have to do something to manage that so I don't fall back into bad habits, this journey has been too long and hard to return to my old fat self. Must try harder this week
96.6 kg Lost so far: 44.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
