No idea how I dropped any weight. I ate naughty foods, went over my calorie count average, and only did half my walking goal. There's either a problem with the scale or a temporary gravity well formed in close proximity altering my density.
136.1 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
