I know exactly what I did, 3 parties, 2 birthdays, pasta potatoes, bread, dips, mayonaise, oils and dressings, snacks and salty nuts, and even chocolate whipped cream, and wine.
everything I hadn't touched since June.
and I ruined my carefully constructed eating window, even eating quite late in the evening, and snacking round mealtimes.
I can honestly say it didn't even feel that good and I wonderd why I do this, then realised I don't even LIKE doing this, So from taday I stop. Starting on how I DO want my diet and lifestyle to be....... NOT falling for the one I know but don't want anymore. so I'm back on track today........ I hope
