Low calories of 900 and 20 minute exercise is ineffective when I eat over 20 carbs in a day. 62.5 carbs yesterday which is about 5% of what I use to consume in carbs a day. Yet, Im still gaining. So it's become count the carbs not the calories
132.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 78.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@kelcir set small goals @5kg increments..the diet is the hardest thing to dial in I’ve been on a weightloss journey since 2017 I never went on diet just changed what I ate coupled with rigorous exercise I got down to a comfortable weight but still have reminisce of my obese self mainly the stubborn belly fat..I now trying a new approach of rdi food intake and finding it maybe working with trying a high protein intake and trying to keep carbs down but usually the carbs are 2x to 3x more than my protein uptake..
