I’m starting to realise my carb intake is far too high 2-3x more than my protein uptake..

@Eds76 I'm still experimenting with what works and what doesn't for me. Carbs in the form of bread and potatoes are the hardest to go without but I simply have to if I want to lose weight by the looks of it. I always wondered why I put on weight when I naturally eat less than most thin people. Turns out certain carbs are the culprit. Getti.g use to eating no bread is hard. 🙃

@kelcir yea theres allot of carbs in foods apart from white and red meats..I think on average no more than 140g of carb rdi but depends what your activity is like as well btw can I ask what your rdi is..??

@Eds76 The app allocated 2400 RDI. I struggled to eat 1200 a day and that was with carbs! I do 20-30 minutes low impact workout a day as well as walking 10 minutes every three days. All I can manage after a "little or no exercise" lifestyle and the size I am. I realized after a few days I could change the RDI manually. So I did. When I did low carbs high fat and protein I was able to reach 1300.

@kelcir the rdi is for weightloss calories are you happy with eating low calories..??

@Eds76 I rarely eat three meals a day without feeling full and bloated. Even small meals, so cutting calories is never a problem. It use to be one meal only a day. So far I've got to two meals a day
