Yes I do sometimes get a bit weak and tremble on occasions. But in that state I know my body is burning fats and cals at a higher rate. It's not for everyone. But it works for me. I just use mens multi vitamins to fill the gaps when fasting as they are what my body needs with water. If your also pumping iron Kelcir or weights of any kind fat is easier to turn to muscle than just building muscle and the latter weighs more than fat. So don't be tricked if your eating right and working out and the scale doesn't move much. When the muscles are as developed as can be without bulking more the weight will start to melt a bit quicker. Do hang in there bruva your doing a great job so far and your goal is quite high so don't be dismayed.
