@koro I was exactly the same way when I started my fit/weightloss journey but never gave up it was a total lifestyle change that you have too embrace to get through periods where you think 🤔 what’s the use..I went for the rigorous exercise and watched what ate but no diet now I realised that a nutritional diet that falls within your RDI is a must if you want to break through to that new self..👍🏼

@Eds76, yeah definitely, i have a fabulous program im following now with Nutrition and exercise regime, i dont get the same gravings like i did 2 weeks ago which is awesome but its true about the calories in vs calories out and right now im actually enjoying the journey and watching the changea

that's awesome....and relatable it's been four weeks strict healthy eating no cheating, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT I'm literally not craving lollies. I used to eat so much chocolate and biscuits at night, I've been sucking on sugar free hard hollies lollies brand "Double D" five calories each and eating frozen weight watchers jelly. it feels so good. thanks for letting me show off lol.
